建立高压液相色谱法定量测定人和大鼠血浆中抗痫量的含量。实验证明其线性关系良好,重现性可靠,萃取率为72.3~89.8%。故认为高压液相色谱法是一个选择性好,灵敏度高和稳定可靠的微量测定方法。 应用此法测定了大鼠口服抗痫灵400mg/Kg后血浆和脑匀浆中抗痫灵浓度,取得了较好的结果。 实验亦证明,在紫外324nm和200nm波长下,可以分别测定同一样品中抗痫灵、苯妥英和苯巴比妥的含量。
The establishment of high pressure liquid chromatography quantitative determination of human and rat plasma anti-epileptic capacity. Experiments show that the linear relationship is good, reproducible and reliable extraction rate of 72.3 ~ 89.8%. So that high pressure liquid chromatography is a good selectivity, high sensitivity and stable and reliable trace determination method. This method was used to determine the concentration of anti-epilepsy in plasma and brain homogenate of rats after oral administration of anti-epilepsy 400mg / Kg, and achieved good results. Experiments also proved that in the UV wavelength of 324nm and 200nm, respectively, the same sample determination of anti-epileidine, phenytoin and phenobarbital content.
