本文提出了使用可编程序计算器实现自动编程的方法及应用软件(简称PCPT)。使用该软件可在可编程序计算器上实现包括自动求取交点或圆心坐标,输出加工程序和终点坐标等全部计算工作,并可将结果打印出来。输入相应的程序后还可以处理缩放、修圆、镜象、旋转以及模数齿轮、非圆曲线等问题,其功能尚可根据需要进行修改和扩充。通过许多单位的实际应用业已证实,对于解决当前普遍存在的编程问题来说,这是一种简单易学、经济实用和便于推广的好办法。
This paper presents a method and application software (PCPT) for automatic programming using programmable calculators. Using this software can be achieved in the programmable calculator, including automatic calculation of intersection points or center coordinates, output machining programs and end coordinates and other calculations, and the results can be printed out. After entering the corresponding program can also handle scaling, rounding, mirroring, rotation and modulus gear, non-circular curve and other issues, its function can be modified and expanded as needed. The practical application of many units has proven that this is an easy way to learn, cost-effectively, and easily rolled out to solve the current pervasive programming problems.
