本文应读者要求,介绍厚煤层顶煤冒落采煤综合机械化的现状和展望。这种综采方法适用于开采5～20米厚的各种倾角的特厚煤层,具有高产、高效和设备投资少等突出优点。近年来,国外争相研制相应的综采机械设备,在采煤生产实践中已取得成效。目前,我国尚未应用这种采煤技术,这对我国特厚煤层的开采及其综采机械的研制,无疑具有重要的参考价值,可供借鉴。
This paper, on the reader's request, introduces the status quo and prospect of comprehensive mechanization of caving coal mining in thick seam. This method of fully mechanized coal mining is applicable to the mining of ultra-thick coal seam with various inclination ranging from 5 to 20 meters. It has the prominent advantages of high output, high efficiency and less equipment investment. In recent years, foreign competing to develop the corresponding fully mechanized mining machinery and equipment, has achieved results in the practice of coal production. At present, this kind of coal mining technology has not been applied in our country, which undoubtedly has important reference value for reference to the exploitation of the extra-thick coal seam and the development of its fully mechanized mining machinery in our country.
