本文回顾了多模态话语分析在国内外研究的状况,并把多模态识读能力运用到英语报刊阅读教学中,构建了多模态英语报刊阅读教学模式。本文通过英语报刊阅读能力测试和问卷调查的方式,以小样本实验研究的方法,调查了多模态英语报刊阅读教学模式对于学生英语阅读能力的影响。实验结果表明,多模态教学模式对于激发学生的学习兴趣产生了积极的影响,并有利于提高学生的英语报刊阅读能力。
This article reviews the status of multimodal discourse analysis at home and abroad, and applies multimodal reading ability to English newspaper reading teaching to construct a multimodal English newspaper reading teaching mode. This paper investigates the influence of multimodal English newspaper reading teaching mode on students’ English reading ability by means of English newspaper reading ability test and questionnaire survey. The experimental results show that the multi-modal teaching mode has a positive impact on stimulating students ’interest in learning and helps to improve students’ English reading ability.
