近年来,虹口区“两新”领域各级党组织通过建立健全党组织与非公企业业主、管理层双向沟通机制,促进非公经济党组织作用的发挥。实践证明,党组织与非公企业业主、管理层双向沟通机制不仅有效拓宽了党组织发挥作用的渠道,同时也成为提升非公企业党建科学化水平的实际举措。要进一步完善这一机制,应增强双向沟通基础、健全双向沟通机制、提升双向沟通水平和完善双向沟通的保障。
In recent years, the Party organizations at all levels in Hongkou District and “two new areas” have given full play to the role of non-public economic party organizations through the establishment of a two-way communication mechanism between the owners and management of non-public enterprises and party organizations. Practice has proved that the two-way communication mechanism between the party organizations and non-state-owned enterprises owners and management not only effectively widened the channels for the party organizations to play their role, but also became the practical measures to enhance the scientific level of party building in non-public enterprises. To further improve this mechanism, we should enhance the basis of two-way communication, improve the two-way communication mechanism, enhance the two-way communication level and improve the guarantee of two-way communication.
