有氧运动对动脉粥样硬化的形成和发展有明显的预防和控制作用。有氧运动在预防动脉粥样硬化的同时对血管内皮功能、氧化应激反应的影响是近年来研究的热点问题之一。研究发现,内皮功能异常参与了动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展,被视为动脉粥样硬化病变的第一步。该文就有氧运动与血管内皮功能和氧化应激反应的关系及其对动脉粥样硬化的预防作用进行了总结,为今后该干预手段应用于预防和控制动脉粥样硬化提供理论依据,进而降低心血管疾病的发病风险。
Aerobic exercise on the formation and development of atherosclerosis obvious prevention and control.
