目的了解北川县居民的健康状况,掌握疾病谱特征,为健康管理工作提供帮助。方法采用统一方法对900名本地居民进行健康体检,对检查结果进行分析。结果未检查出任何疾病者281人,占体检总人数的31.22%,体检结果异常者619人,占总人数的68.78%。共检出16种现患疾病;检出率较高的依次为血脂异常、脂肪肝、宫颈炎、高血压、胆囊结石等。结论应当重视该地区居民健康状况,并加强健康体检后的健康干预和疾病防治等健康管理工作。
Objective To understand the health status of residents in Beichuan County and to master the characteristics of disease spectrum to provide help for health management. Methods A total of 900 local residents were examined by a uniform method and their results were analyzed. Results 281 cases were not detected any disease, accounting for 31.22% of the total number of physical examination, physical examination results were 619 abnormal persons, accounting for 68.78% of the total number. A total of 16 kinds of diseases were detected; the higher the detection rate were dyslipidemia, fatty liver, cervicitis, hypertension, gallstones and so on. Conclusion The health status of residents in this area should be emphasized, and health management such as health intervention and disease prevention and control after physical examination should be strengthened.
