本工作报道了用~(13)C NMR法测定武汉地区引种的南美洲菊科野生植物—甜叶菊叶中提取的天然甜味剂中有效成分的结构,结果表明,其主要成分仍为甜叶菊糖苷(13-0-[β-萄糖基(1-2)]-β-葡糖基—甜叶菊醇)。工作中观察了CDN及D_2O对分子中不同部位的溶剂效应,并讨论了可用来区分几种主要成分的方法及特征峰的参数。
This work reported the determination of the active ingredient in the natural sweetener extracted from Wuhan stevia by the method of ~ (13) C NMR. The results showed that the main constituents were Stevia Glycoside (13-0- [beta -Glucosyl (1-2)] - beta-glucosyl-steviol). In the work, the solvent effects of CDN and D 2 O on different parts of the molecule were observed, and the methods that can be used to distinguish several main components and the parameters of the characteristic peak were discussed.
