良好的组织氛围对员工的隐性知识共享行为有积极的促进作用。本研究通过对某事业单位职工的调查,获取343份有效问卷,运用SPSS11.5软件检验了组织氛围中信任、创新、公平、人际关系、竞争等5个维度与员工隐性知识共享之间的关系。结果表明,组织氛围的不同维度与隐性知识共享及其不同维度存在相关,组织氛围的好坏可以在一定程度上预测隐性知识共享的程度。
A good organizational climate has a positive role in promoting tacit knowledge sharing among employees. In this study, 343 valid questionnaires were obtained from the survey of staff and workers in a public institution, SPSS11.5 software was used to test the relationship between the five dimensions of trust, innovation, fairness, interpersonal relationship and competition in organizational climate and tacit knowledge sharing among employees relationship. The results show that the different dimensions of organizational climate are related to tacit knowledge sharing and its different dimensions. The quality of organizational climate can predict the extent of tacit knowledge sharing to a certain extent.
