在日本各政党之中一向以纲领路线稳定而著称的马克思主义政党日本共产党,以2000年11月第22次代表大会修改党章,2004年1月第23次代表大会修改党纲为标志,实施了自1961年第8次代表大会以来最大的政治变革,在日本国内和国际社会产生重大影响。本文从回顾日本共产党的发展道路入手,探讨日本共产党新世纪展开的政治变革的背景、内容和初步效果。
Among the Japanese political parties, the Marxist party known as the Communist Party of Japan, which has always been known to stabilize its program line, has taken the initiative to reform the party constitution at the 22nd Congress in November 2000 and the revision of the party’s program at the 23rd Congress in January 2004. Since then, The biggest political change since the 8th congress in 1961 has had a significant impact both in Japan and in the international community. This article starts with reviewing the development path of the Japanese Communist Party and examines the background, content and preliminary results of the political transformation launched by the Japanese Communist Party in the new century.
