查处假劣药品、已成为药政、药检日常工作之一。1985～1990年我县共查处假劣药223起,其中假药188起占84％。查处假劣药的总金额为254386元。为了更有效地打击制售假劣药活动,笔者对我县查处假劣药案情况进行分析、并提出设想。 一、制售假劣药品的特点 分析6年来查处的假劣药品案件,制售假劣药品主要有以下特点: 1.假劣药品种主要是紧缺贵重和常用药品,如“安宫牛黄丸、麦迪霉素”等。 2.销售假劣药品的药贩具有流动性,他们来去匆匆,不敢久留,所以抓获他们较为困难。
Investigation and treatment of counterfeit drugs, has become one of the routine work of drug administration, drug testing. From 1985 to 1990, a total of 223 counterfeit drugs were investigated in our county, of which 188 were counterfeit drugs accounting for 84%. The total amount of counterfeit drugs investigated was 254,386 yuan. In order to more effectively combat the manufacture and sale of counterfeit drugs activities, the author investigated the case of counterfeit drugs in our county to analyze and put forward ideas. First, the characteristics of the manufacture and sale of counterfeit drugs Analysis of counterfeit and inferior drugs cases investigated and dealt with for six years, the manufacture and sale of counterfeit drugs mainly has the following characteristics: 1. counterfeit drugs varieties are mainly scarce precious and commonly used drugs, such as “Angongniuhuang pills, Midecamycin ”and so on. 2. The sale of counterfeit drugs drug dealers have mobility, they come and gone, not long stay, so they were more difficult to capture.
