用挤压法生产的抗碱玻纤增强水泥制品,其抗冲性能及抗弯强度均十分优异。为了使挤压过程能够顺利完成,配料中需掌握好甲基纤维素或羧甲基纤维素的掺量。这类增塑剂加入后,可改善物料流动性,防止挤压时出现的水分分离,但同时它又带来了另一个问题,即挤出的半成品形状难以保持,易变形或崩坏,制造复杂断面的制品尤其困难。本专利提出一种在配料中同时掺入氧化硅材料及水溶性高分子增塑剂的方法,可以较好地解决上述问题。
The alkali-resistant glass fiber-reinforced cement products produced by extrusion have excellent impact resistance and bending strength. In order for the extrusion process to be completed successfully, the amount of methyl cellulose or carboxymethyl cellulose needed to be mastered in the furnish. After adding such plasticizers, it can improve the material flowability and prevent moisture separation during extrusion, but at the same time, it brings another problem, that is, the shape of the semi-finished products extruded is difficult to maintain, easily deformed or collapsed, and manufactured. Products with complex sections are particularly difficult. This patent proposes a method of simultaneously incorporating silicon oxide material and a water-soluble polymer plasticizer in the furnish, which can better solve the above problems.
