众人拾柴火焰高。个人绩效影响着组织绩效,在企业之中也就是集体的企业绩效。个人绩效将直接决定企业绩效的优劣。而能够选拔决定个人优异的,自然就是战略人力资源管理。战略人力资源管理含有几个大的部分,而绩效管理只是其中一部分,但每一部分都是相互制约相互影响。所以,进行良好有效的战略人力资源管理是会对企业绩效管理有着积极的影响作用。
