Mineral resources is a combination of human labor and natural formations. The analysis and discussion on the value of mineral resources points out that mineral resources have both value and price. A comparative analysis of labor theory of value and the theory of return value, pointed out that the application of the theory of return value of mining rights valuation more suitable for the actual
