我国的企业文化研究方兴未艾。借鉴国外的理论成果和实践经验,对于我国企业文化的研究工作固属必要,但尤为重要的还是立足我国企业的实际,探索具有中国特色的社会主义企业文化。因此,课题组设想:从对我国企业调查研究入手,在掌握大量的素材之后再加以抽象,形成比较系统的理论认识,而不从概念和原理出发。本篇及后面两篇调查报告,就是课题组根据这一设想而形成的阶段性成果的一部分。这一课题研究,是在安徽省委党校和马钢党校领导的关心和指导下进行的。调查中,我们得到了马钢公司及公司党委组织部、宣传部、党办公司工会、团委、史志办公室,企管办等部门和公司所属厂、矿的大力支持,对此,我们很感谢;并希望今后能继续得到他们的支持和帮助。
The study of corporate culture in our country is in its ascendant. Drawing on the theoretical achievements and practical experience of foreign countries, the research work on Chinese corporate culture is absolutely necessary, but it is particularly important to base ourselves on the reality of our country’s enterprises and explore the socialist corporate culture with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, the research team assumes that starting with research and research on Chinese enterprises, after grasping a large number of materials, it will be abstracted to form a comparatively systematic theoretical understanding without starting from the concept and principle. This and the following two investigation reports are part of the phased results that the task force has formed based on this assumption. The study of this topic was carried out under the care and guidance of the Party School of the Anhui Provincial Party School and the Masteel Party School. During the survey, we received strong support from Masteel and the company’s Party Committee Organization Department, the Propaganda Department, the party-run company’s trade union, the Youth League Committee, the Shizhi Office, the Enterprise Management Office and other departments and the company’s factories and mines. We are grateful for this; and I hope I can continue to receive their support and help in the future.
