为保证汽车减振器筒式夹具结构的安全性和可靠性,利用PRO/E三维造型软件对汽车减振器筒式夹具进行实体建模,并以ANSYS分析为基础,针对夹具的结构设计进行动力学分析,得到模态振型图和谐响应振动频率曲线,以验证夹具变形是否满足设计要求.模态分析结果表明:正常工作频率段远远避开了结构低阶固有频率,进而避免了共振及共振力;谐响应分析结果表明,在正常工作频率范围内,夹具的各项动态性能参数都满足要求.研究结果为减振器夹具的动态设计及残余应力振动时效工艺提供了有益的数据分析及方法.
