目的:探讨心肌缺血和急性心肌梗死(AMI)对心血管自主神经活动的影响。方法:用24小时动态心电图检测心肌缺血组34例,AMI组22例,对照组32名健康人的心率变异性(HRV)指标。结果:五项HRV昼夜指标中,正常人除全程相邻正常窦性心搏间期之差的均方根值RMSSD这一指标外,其余四项均有显著性差异(P <0.05,P <0.01),但心肌缺血组和AMI组的昼夜HRV指标无显著性差异,而且,这两组的夜间全部正常窦性心搏间期的标准差(SDNN)比日间大,对照组则相反。结论:心肌缺血和AMI可致交感神经和迷走神经平衡失调;AMI对心血管自主神经的损害较心肌缺血更为严重。
Objective: To investigate the effects of myocardial ischemia and acute myocardial infarction (AMI) on cardiovascular autonomic nervous system activity. Methods: Heart rate variability (HRV) was measured in 24 patients with myocardial ischemia, 24 patients with AMI, 22 patients with AMI, and 32 healthy controls. Results: Among the five HRV circadian indexes, the other four had significant differences (P <0.05, P <0.05) except the mean square root of the difference between adjacent normal sinus beats P <0.01).
