焊缝中焊接接头余高及接头中未焊透、未融合、裂纹等危险性大的缺陷往往会影响焊接产品的质量。我单位近年来对江西省内钢结构焊接产品进行检测,发现由于焊接工人操作不当,焊缝根部成型较差,在实际检测过程中当探头K值与前沿距离选择不当时,经常会遇到根部焊缝余高反射波、一次反射波扫查的缺陷反射波、根部焊缝余高的反射波扫查到缺陷的回波混淆不清,缺陷定位不准等现象。超声波探伤实际操作中通过选择合适探头K值、前沿距离,确定合适的扫查高度,可以减少或消除根部焊缝余高反射对缺陷回波判定的不利影响,提高探伤的准确度。
