植物根际促生菌是从植物根部分离出的微生物,借助其代谢过程或代谢产物,以改善植物生长条件,尤其是营养环境。如固定空气中的游离氮,参与土壤中养分的转化,增加有效养分,分泌激素,刺激植物根系发育,抑制有害微生物活动等。农业生产中大面积应用化肥、农药提高作物产量的同时,也产生了极大的环境问题,并且使生产成本提高。随着现代生物科学技术的进步,人们对应用微生物来代替化肥和农药寄予了厚望,从而对植物与根际促生菌关系的研究给予了高度重视。
Plant rhizobacteria are microorganisms isolated from the roots of plants by virtue of their metabolic processes or metabolites to improve plant growth conditions, especially the nutritional environment. Such as the fixed free nitrogen in the air, involved in soil nutrient conversion, increase effective nutrients, hormone secretion, stimulate plant root development, inhibit harmful microbial activity. Large-scale application of fertilizers and pesticides in agricultural production, while increasing crop yields, have also brought about great environmental problems and increased production costs. With the progress of modern biological science and technology, people have placed great hopes on the application of microorganisms instead of fertilizers and pesticides, and thus attached great importance to the research on the relationship between plant and rhizosphere-promoting bacteria.
