“罗森塔尔效应”告诉我们:要想让别人取得进步走向成功,就不能总盯着别人的错误。用发展的眼光去看学生,恰当运用心理暗示来评价学生。
“Rosenthal effect ” tells us: in order to make others progress toward success, we can not always stare at others’ mistakes. Use the development vision to see the students, the appropriate use of psychological suggestion to evaluate students.
