为了增加反恐防暴盾牌的强光驱散效应,设计采用底耗能、高亮度的LED眩目灯来达到眩目驱散闹众的目的。利用CAD计算机辅助设计软件对眩目盾牌进行设计与绘制。分析LED眩光在单面盾牌和多面盾牌使用情况下对人眼的致伤机理。通过UGR统一眩光评价(或等级)系统,在已知平均眩光评价值的基础上,分别计算出在不同条件下满足相应眩光值所需的单LED灯和多LED灯的发光亮度,为眩目盾牌的LED眩目光源设计提供理论依据。
