钛的富氧层,可以用腐蚀方法去除.清理高温富氧层,大都分两步,即用预处理松皮和酸洗法去除.低温(593℃以下)富氧层的清理,直接酸洗达不到预期效果,分两步,高温松皮办法就显得不合适.本文讨论了钛制空心进气导流叶片低温富氧层的松皮酸洗工艺,现已试车1000小时,还没有发现问题;也为后来不锈钢及高温合金使用这种工艺创造了条件,谨提出以供探讨.
