日前,北京市海淀区法院公开开庭审理被告人戴春波等32名被告人跨国电信诈骗一案。起诉书指控,2011年9月18日至26日,被告人戴春波伙同王瑞讯、周娟受他人雇佣在老挝万象市西沙达腊彭巴报村24组别墅内,冒充法院、检察院、公安机关工作人员,通过电信技术手段向北京市海淀区等地不特定多数人拨打电话,以身份信息被盗为由实施诈骗,拨打电话总计19200余次。同年9月16日,被告人黄辉云等28人受他人雇佣在老挝万象市西沙达腊县撒潘通村19组别
Recently, Haidian District Court held a trial in court hearing defendants Dai Chunbo and other 32 defendants transnational telecommunications fraud case. On September 16 of the same year, the defendant, Huang Huiyun, was employed by 28 others in Group 19, Sampintong Village, Western Saxa Raya, Vientiane, Laos
