以有机胺为催化剂制备了具有良好绝缘性的高羟甲基含量水溶性酚醛树脂。通过对产物成型时间、固体含量及水数的测试,研究了酚、醛物质的量比、催化剂加入量、贮存温度对产物性能的影响。结果表明,苯酚与甲醛的物质的量比1∶1.8,催化剂用量为苯酚质量的16%,80℃回流反应90 min得到的产物固体质量分数72%,水溶性达酚醛树脂的5倍,10℃下贮存期60 d,其层压板绝缘电阻达到3×1010Ω。
Organic hydroxylamine as catalyst has been prepared with a good insulation of the hydroxymethyl-content water-soluble phenolic resin. Through the test of product forming time, solid content and water number, the effects of the ratio of phenol to aldehyde, the amount of catalyst added and the storage temperature on the product performance were studied. The results showed that the mass ratio of phenol to formaldehyde was 1: 1.8, the amount of catalyst was 16% of phenol, the mass fraction of product obtained after refluxing at 80 ℃ for 90 min was about 72%, that of water-soluble phenolic resin was 10% Under the storage period of 60 d, the laminate insulation resistance reached 3 × 1010Ω.
