测土配方施肥技术是一项惠民新技术,是一项促进节本增收、促进农业可持续发展的新举措,测土配方施肥技术改变了农民常规施肥习惯,减少了化肥投入,增加了棉花产量。尉犁县从2006年开始大面积开展测土配方施肥工作,在多年的工作中取得了一定的成绩,但在推广过程中,由于农技人员自身对测土配方施肥技术的认识不足,投入不够,农民接受新技术的能力、在技术操作上也出现很多问题,现针对这些问题,提出了相应的解决措施,促进了测土配方施肥技术的稳步发展。
