目前,日语专业的毕业生数量逐年增多,在日益激烈的市场环境下,学生的就业情况不容乐观,学生的就业率有下滑的趋势。提高学生的就业竞争力是目前高校日语专业的重点之一,本文首先分析了影响学生就业的一些因素,并据此提出了一些改进建议。
At present, the number of graduates in Japanese is increasing year by year. In the increasingly fierce market environment, the employment situation of students is not optimistic and the employment rate of students shows a declining trend. Improving the employment competitiveness of students is one of the focuses of Japanese major in colleges and universities. This paper first analyzes some factors that affect the employment of students, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement accordingly.
