我厂生产的M8612A花键磨床的各种动作系采用机械、电气、液压联合传动。该机床在使用中所反映的疵病及故障,液压方面较多。若熟悉了机床的液压传动原理后,就能很容易排除故障,及时修复。由于机床液压系统的可靠性受到零件精度、装配的质量、油液中的垃圾、以及气体渗入管内等因素的影响,往往使机床在使用中发生故障。为此,现将多年来在制造和修理该机床过程中所遇到的各种问题及排除故障的方法,根据液压原理图(在下页)介绍如下。至于机床的液压件和液压传动原理在说明书中有一些已介绍,本文不作一一赘述。
