本文介绍一种适用于航天与航空场合的空载接收机的小型微波集成组件。它包含预选器、混频器、稳频固体本振、定向耦合器及前置中频放大器等电路,其体积仅为68×58×24mm~3,重量为160克。组件的整机噪声系数为8dB 左右,对镜频信号的抑制(36MH_2)≥20dB,本振在+60℃~—40℃环境温度范围内的频率变化不超过±500KH_Z,好的在200KH_Z 以下。文中简要地阐述了预选器——单个介质谐振器滤波电路,介质谐振器直接稳频固体本振,以及混频器等的设计。对微波集成组件的结构作了较详细的讨论。最后还给出了组件的实测性能。
This article presents a small microwave integrated package for a space-less receiver for aerospace and aerospace applications. It contains preselector, mixer, frequency stabilization solid oscillator, directional coupler and front IF amplifier circuit, the volume is only 68 × 58 × 24mm ~ 3, weighs 160 grams. The overall noise figure of the module is about 8dB, and the suppression of the image signal (36MH_2) is greater than or equal to 20dB. The local oscillator frequency does not change more than ± 500KH_Z in the ambient temperature range of + 60 ° C to -40 ° C, and good below 200KH_Z. In this paper, the preselector - single dielectric resonator filter circuit, the dielectric resonator direct-stabilized solid-state oscillator, mixer and so on are briefly described. The structure of the microwave integrated module is discussed in more detail. Finally, it gives the measured performance of the components.
