目的:探讨糖类抗原125(CA125)联合癌胚抗原(CEA)检测对非小细胞肺癌的诊断价值。方法:选择2014-04-2015-03三门县人民医院收治的243例非小细胞肺癌患者作为病例组,并于同期随机选取300例肺部良性疾病患者作为对照组,采用化学免疫发光法检测2组的CA125、CEA水平。结果:病例组血清CA125、CEA水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CA125联合CEA检测对非小细胞肺癌诊断的灵敏度、特异性、阴性预测值及准确率高于单项CA125或CEA,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),单项CA125或CEA与CA125+CEA对非小细胞肺癌诊断的阳性预测值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CA125联合CEA诊断非小细胞肺癌具有灵敏度、特异性好,准确率高的特点,有重要的临床参考价值。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) combined with carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: A total of 243 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who were admitted to Sanmen County People’s Hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were selected as the case group and 300 patients with benign lung disease were randomly selected as control group during the same period. The chemiluminescence immunoassay 2 groups of CA125, CEA levels. Results: The levels of serum CA125 and CEA in case group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The sensitivity, specificity, negative predictive value and accuracy of CA125 combined with CEA for the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer were significantly higher than those of single CA125 or CEA (P <0.05). The sensitivity of CA125 or CEA to CA125 + CEA The positive predictive value of small cell lung cancer diagnosis, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: CA125 combined with CEA diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer has the characteristics of sensitivity, specificity and accuracy, and has important clinical reference value.
