劳资关系往往是弱势工人面临的困难,经济补偿权为职工提供了一些帮助,是在岗职工生活困难时期经济赔偿的权利。经济补偿的权利,在我们国家出现的时间并不长,仍然在不断的探索和发展完善的时期。通过劳动合同的解除意味着工人可以获得经济补偿的权利,本文笔者通过分析适合工人的经济补偿的权利同时提出自己的问题,并试图寻找对策及其优化的建议。
The relationship between employers and employees is often a problem faced by disadvantaged workers. The right to economic compensation provides some help to employees and is the right to economic compensation for those workers who live in hard times. The right to economic compensation has not appeared in our country for a long time and is still constantly exploring and developing a sound period. Through the termination of the labor contract means that workers can get the right to economic compensation, the author of this article by analyzing the right of economic compensation for workers at the same time put forward their own problems, and try to find countermeasures and optimization recommendations.
