目的探讨B7-1、B7-2在不明原因习惯性流产(UHA)中的表达,并总结B7-1、B7-2在预防不明原因习惯性流产中的价值。方法选择35例不明原因习惯性流产患者为观察组,并分别选择50例正常孕妇和50例正常女性为对照组和正常组。使用贝克曼库尔特Epics-XLⅡ型流式细胞仪测定B7-1、B7-2的表达。结果观察组B7-1和B7-2表达分别为11.56±1.23和25.83±1.24。观察组B7-1和B7-2与对照组和正常组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Spearman秩相关分析,发现B7-1与不明原因习惯性流产呈正相关的关系(r=0.832,t=5.632,P=0.012),B7-2与不明原因习惯性流产呈负相关关系(r=-0.745,t=6.032,P=0.009)。B7-1和B7-2均是不明原因习惯性流产的独立危险因素。结论在不明原因习惯性流产患者中,B7-1表达要高于正常孕妇和正常女性,B7-2的表达则要低于正常孕妇和正常女性。在临床检测中,要注意B7-1、B7-2的表达,并可以通过减弱B7-1表达、增强B7-2表达,以降低不明原因习惯性流产发生风险。
Objective To investigate the expression of B7-1 and B7-2 in UHA and to summarize the value of B7-1 and B7-2 in prevention of unexplained habitual abortion. Methods 35 cases of unexplained habitual abortion patients were selected as the observation group, and 50 normal pregnant women and 50 normal women were selected as the control group and the normal group. B7-1, B7-2 expression was measured using a Beckman Coulter Epics-XL II flow cytometer. Results The expression of B7-1 and B7-2 in observation group were 11.56 ± 1.23 and 25.83 ± 1.24 respectively. The difference between the observation group B7-1 and B7-2 in the control group and the normal group was statistically significant (P <0.05). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between B7-1 and unexplained habitual abortion (r = 0.832, t = 5.632, P = 0.012). There was a negative correlation between B7-2 and unexplained habitual abortion (r = -0.745, t = 6.032, P = 0.009). B7-1 and B7-2 are independent risk factors for unexplained habitual abortion. Conclusions In patients with unexplained habitual abortion, the expression of B7-1 is higher than that of normal pregnant women and normal women, while the expression of B7-2 is lower than that of normal pregnant women and normal women. In clinical testing, pay attention to the expression of B7-1, B7-2, and can reduce the B7-1 expression and enhance the expression of B7-2 to reduce the risk of unexplained habitual abortion.
