目的掌握东莞市宾馆(酒店)集中空调系统中嗜肺军团菌的污染情况和菌型分布,为预防集中空调系统空气传播军团病提供科学依据。方法于2009年-2011年对东莞市部分宾馆(酒店)进行监测调查,检测集中空调系统的冷却塔水、冷凝水的嗜肺军团菌,对结果进行分析。结果 94家宾馆(酒店)集中空调系统中嗜肺军团菌检出率为35.11%(33/94);在146份冷却塔水、冷凝水中分离出61株嗜肺军团菌,检出率为41.78%;61株嗜肺军团菌,LP1血清型占40.98%,LP2~14血清型占59.02%。结论东莞市宾馆(酒店)集中空调系统存在嗜肺军团菌污染,需加强卫生监督和采取综合措施以保障公共卫生安全。
Objective To understand the contamination and the distribution of Legionella pneumophila in the centralized air-conditioning system of Dongguan Hotel (Hotel) to provide a scientific basis for the prevention of airborne Legionnaires’ Disease in the centralized air-conditioning system. Methods From 2009 to 2011, some hotels (hotels) in Dongguan City were monitored to detect Legionella pneumophila in cooling tower water and condensate water of centralized air-conditioning system and the results were analyzed. Results The detection rate of Legionella pneumophila in the centralized air-conditioning system of 94 hotels was 35.11% (33/94). Among the 146 cooling tower water and condensate water, 61 Legionella pneumophila strains were isolated with the detection rate of 41.78 %; Legionella pneumophila 61 strains, LP1 serotypes accounted for 40.98%, LP2 ~ 14 serotypes accounted for 59.02%. Conclusion There is Legionella pneumophila contamination in the centralized air-conditioning system of Dongguan hotel (hotel), and health supervision and comprehensive measures need to be taken to ensure the public health safety.
