目的:评估住院医师在开始进行内科培训时对心电图的掌握程度。方法:从内科ECG教学档案中选择10份有代表性的ECG。50名住院医师参与了这项研究,给出这10份ECG的诊断结果及其把握度。结果:只有50%的ECG被正确判读。部分ECG的平均得分如下:急性心肌梗塞为1.73/2.0,心房扑动为1.5/2.0,室性心动过速为1.11/2.0,完全性房室传导阻滞为0.23/2.0。所有参与者对答案的平均把握度为18.4。结论:住院医师在培训初对ECG的掌握程度低,对ECG的解读没有把握。
Purpose: To assess how well a residency has an ECG on the beginning of medical training. METHODS: Ten representative ECGs were selected from the medical ECG teaching archives. Fifty residents were involved in the study, giving the diagnosis and the degree of certainty of the 10 ECGs. Results: Only 50% of the ECGs were interpreted correctly. Some of the ECGs averaged scores of 1.73 / 2.0 for acute myocardial infarction, 1.5 / 2.0 for atrial flutter, 1.11 / 2.0 for ventricular tachycardia, and 0.23 / 2.0 for complete atrioventricular block. The average power of all participants in the answer is 18.4. CONCLUSIONS: Residents have a low level of mastery of the ECG at the beginning of training and are not sure of the interpretation of the ECG.
