通过自制香水,开展学生的小课题研究,带领学生从橙皮或鲜花等植物中,通过回流、蒸馏等方法提炼出目标产物——精油,并进一步进行香水的配制。最终期望通过平行实验,得到制备香水的最佳方案。在此过程中,让学生走进实验室,体会高中有机化学的相关操作,进一步促进学生科学素养的提升。
