随着现代教育的不断深入,教育者逐渐认识到情感教育对培养学生健全人格,使学生满足社会发展对人才需求的重要性,并在实践中尝试将情感教育落实到日常教育管理工作中,但通过调查研究发现,现阶段我国乡镇青少年情感教育工作的开展相对大中城市明显滞后,并不利于乡镇青少年的健康发展,为改善现阶段乡镇青少年情感教育的现状,本文在归纳现阶段乡镇青少年情感教育存在的问题的基础上,结合个人经验对其改进提出建议。
With the continuous deepening of modern education, educators have come to realize that affective education is of great importance in cultivating students’ healthy personality and enabling students to meet the needs of talents in social development. In practice, emotional education is attempted to be implemented in daily education and management work. However, Through the investigation and study, we found that at this stage, the development of emotion education in township and town youth in our country lags behind that of the cities in large and medium-sized cities, which is not conducive to the healthy development of young people in townships. In order to improve the current situation of emotional education for youth in townships and towns, Education based on the existing problems, combined with personal experience to make recommendations for their improvement.
