目的了解2003—2014年3~17岁青少年住院患者漏斗胸的发生情况,为预防青少年漏斗胸的发生和积极治疗提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对2003—2014年蚌埠医学院第一附属医院就诊的不同年份、年龄以及城乡3~17岁人群漏斗胸发生情况,及医疗费用情况进行分析。结果自2003年以来,蚌埠市青少年漏斗胸发生呈逐年上升趋势(χ2=23.38,P<0.01),至2009年上升趋势缓解,2009—2013年青少年漏斗胸发生呈持平状态。漏斗胸患者中,男生所占比例为83.19%,远高于女生的16.81%。6~8岁住院患儿漏斗胸例数明显高于其他年龄段的青少年(χ2=12.54,P<0.05);县乡青少年漏斗胸发生例数明显高于城市青少年。漏斗胸医疗费用呈现逐年增长的趋势,年度间差异有统计学意义(F=8.49,P<0.05);不同性别、城乡分组青少年漏斗胸医疗费用差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论蚌埠市青少年漏斗胸住院患儿2003年呈逐年上升趋势,2009—2013年上升缓解,呈持平状态。县乡6~8岁男童应是漏斗胸发生、治疗的重点关注对象。
Objective To understand the occurrence of funnel chest in hospitalized adolescents aged 3 ~ 17 years from 2003 to 2014, and to provide a scientific basis for preventing the occurrence and active treatment of funnel chest. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the occurrence of funnel chest and the medical costs in different years and ages of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from 2003 to 2014 and the urban and rural residents aged 3-17 years old. Results Since 2003, the incidence of funnel chest in adolescent in Bengbu has been increasing year by year (χ2 = 23.38, P <0.01). The upward trend of erosive chest was alleviated in 2009 and the incidence of funnel chest was flat in 2009-2013. Funnel chest patients, the proportion of boys was 83.19%, much higher than girls, 16.81%. The number of funnel chest cases in hospitalized children aged 6-8 years was significantly higher than those in other age groups (χ2 = 12.54, P <0.05). The incidence of funnel chest thoracic incidents was significantly higher in urban and rural adolescents than in urban adolescents. Funnel chest medical costs showed an increasing trend year by year, the difference between the years was statistically significant (F = 8.49, P <0.05); gender differences in urban and rural adolescent funnel chest cost difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05) . Conclusion The children with funnel chest in adolescent in Bengbu City showed an increasing trend in 2003, rising from 2009 to 2013, showing a flat state. 6 to 8-year-old boy in county and township should be the occurrence of funnel chest, the focus of treatment of the object.
