1前言柳钢4号高炉热风炉共配备2台9-26NU16D型离心助燃风机,配套YKK560—4型电机。由于1号助燃风机的风量(58 673 m~3/h(标态下))送风能力远小于2号助燃风机,2012-10-22更换了新叶轮,同时进行电机抽芯检查,对电机进行解体清灰、清洗电机轴承,检查未发现异常,清洗完电机轴承后加油、回装。调整后风量提高到65 337 m~3/h(标态下),满足高炉的生产需求。但是出现了电机接手端振动值异常情况。本文总结
