用膨胀法测定了09CuPCrNi耐候钢的连续冷却转变动力学曲线(CCT曲线),并用金相显微镜观察了转变产物,用维氏硬度计测试各冷却速度下试样的硬度。研究了冷却速度对该钢组织及硬度的影响。结果表明在相当大的冷却速度范围内,可获得稳定体积百分含量的细片状珠光体加铁素体组织。
The continuous cooling transformation kinetics curve (CCT curve) of 09CuPCrNi weathering steel was measured by expansion method. The transformation products were observed with a metallurgical microscope. The hardness of each sample was measured with a Vickers hardness tester at each cooling rate. The effect of cooling rate on the microstructure and hardness of the steel was studied. The results show that a stable volume fraction of fine lamellar pearlite plus ferrite can be obtained over a substantial cooling rate range.
