当前,全省机械工业系统广大职工,正在进一步贯彻执行国民经济调整、改革、整顿、提高的方针,努力开创机械工业的新局面,形势十分喜人。从已经取得成果的企业看,他们通过采取加强企业管理,健立健全经济责任制等措施,生产不断发展、企业增产增收,获得了较大的经济效益。但是,在许多企业中,企业管理的基础工作不健全、不完善、水平低的问题还较普遍的存在着,这也是企业生产不稳定、浪费惊人、经济效益不高的一个重要原因。因此,本文试对此问题谈点粗浅看法,供同志们参考。
