作为一名普通的教师,担任中学语文教学已十余年。在当前鼓励改革、鼓励创新的大好形势下,立足本职,潜心探索,几年来抓住课堂教学这块教育的主要阵地,做了积极而大胆的尝试,取得了意想不到的效果:学生学习态度端正,目标明确,整体素质提高,个性特长发展显著。笔者所管理的班年年被评为优秀班集体。语文学科的优秀率与平均分也居前列。下面笔者就把这几年在语文课堂中的尝试与大家共享。 As an ordinary teacher, she has been teaching Chinese in middle school for more than ten years.
