2型糖尿病合并肥胖症是目前的高发疾病,严重威胁着人类的身体健康。代谢手术是这种疾病新型且有效治疗的方法,目前已经被临床医生广泛认可。开展代谢手术需要建立多学科治疗团队,对患者进行系统的诊治。内科医生在治疗团队应发挥主导作用,对患者进行筛选,预判手术疗效。在手术前明确诊断,纠正病理状态,在术后长期随访患者,对患者进行综合指导。协同代谢外科医生团队,共同推进代谢手术治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病的健康发展。
Type 2 diabetes with obesity is the current high incidence of diseases, a serious threat to human health. Metabolic surgery is a new and effective treatment for this disease and is now widely accepted by clinicians.
