As an opportunistic pathogen of nosocomial infection, pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) is naturally resistant to many antimicrobial agents. Its mechanism of drug resistance is complicated. One of the more important mechanisms is bacterial biofilm form. When Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm formation, its resistance to antibacterial drugs greatly enhanced, resulting in increased patient mortality, a clinical anti-infection treatment of intractable problems. Therefore, active research on the relationship between drug resistance mechanism of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and biofilm has become a top priority. To raise on Pseudomonas aeruginosa
