文章通过对美国道威尔公司的B504压裂车的测绘、分析和探讨B504压裂车在车辆选择、柴油机装置、传动装置、压裂泵等设计特点。文章在传动系统装置方面做了大量的分析,而且对比了我国以及进口的罗马尼亚、苏联、美国的几种压裂车传动装置形式,文中认为采用液力机械传动形式是比较理想的。最后,对压裂泵及其动力端和液力端的联接结构特点也作了介绍。
This article analyzes and discusses the design features of B504 fracturing vehicle in vehicle selection, diesel engine, transmission, fracturing pump and so on through the mapping and analysis of the US Dowell B504 fracturing vehicle. The article has made a great deal of analysis on the transmission system installation and compared the transmission forms of several kinds of fracturing vehicles in China, Romania, the Soviet Union and the United States. It is believed that the adoption of hydraulic mechanical transmission is ideal. Finally, the characteristics of the fracturing pump and the connection between the power end and the hydraulic end are also introduced.
