案例教学是现代法学教育的必然要求,案例教学模式在价值目标、教学功能以及具体操作中存在诸多的困境。案例教学法应用中的路径应着重在目标定位和实施环境的完善。
Case teaching is an inevitable requirement of modern legal education. There are many difficulties in the case teaching mode in value target, teaching function and concrete operation. The path of application of case teaching method should focus on improving the target orientation and implementation environment.
