调节安(83—Ⅱ)是北京农业大学应用化学研究所1983年研制成的新型植物生长调节剂,1988年通过技术鉴定。在6个省重点棉区连续4年多点试验表明,调节安能调控棉花株型,防止旺长,减少叶面积,增加叶绿素含量,增强光合作用,抑制营养生长,加强蕾铃生长,减少脱落和僵烂铃,增加皮棉产量7.07—18.95%,提高纤维品质,每亩增加纯收入20元左右。它与目前大面积推广的缩节安比较,除具缩节安的优点外,还具有药性稳定,药效缓和,安全幅度大,不易产生药害,适应农民的施药技术水平。根据我省气候和棉花栽培特点,在本所和部分重点产棉县开展了连续5年多点试验,现将棉花应用调节安调控棉花株型技术规范及注意事项简结如下:
Adjusting Safety (83-Ⅱ) is a new plant growth regulator developed by Institute of Applied Chemistry, Beijing Agricultural University in 1983 and passed technical appraisal in 1988. In the six provinces of key cotton area for more than four years of multi-point trial showed that the regulation of the cotton can be adjusted to control plant type, to prevent the flourishing, reduce leaf area, increase chlorophyll content, enhance photosynthesis, inhibit vegetative growth, strengthen the growth of buds, reduce shedding And aching bell, increasing lint yield 7.07-18.95%, improving fiber quality, increasing net income of 20 yuan per mu. Compared with the current large-scale popularization of safety, it has the advantages of reduced safety, medicinal stability, mild efficacy, large safety margin, easy to produce phytotoxicity and adapt to the pesticide application level of farmers. According to the characteristics of our province’s climate and cotton cultivation, we conducted a series of multi-point experiments for more than five years in our institute and some key cotton producing counties. Now, the technical specifications and precautions for regulating cotton plant type using cotton are summarized as follows:
