目的:建立衍宗育子胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Appollo C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-水(26∶74)为流动相,检测波长270 nm,柱温室温。结果:淫羊藿苷在0.025 5～0.408μg,峰面积与其质量浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD 1.25%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该制剂含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of icariin in Yanzong Yoko capsule. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of Appollo C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and acetonitrile-water (26:74) with detection wavelength at 270 nm and column temperature at room temperature. Results: Icariin showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 8) with an average recovery of 99.4% and RSD 1.25% (n = 6) at a concentration range of 0.025 5-0 0.408 μg. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used as a method for determination of the content of the preparation.
