我国东北、西北、华北省区,年冰封期长达100~140多天,养殖鱼类的越冬是这些地区渔业生产中的重要环节。越冬期间常因冰下水体缺氧,致使鱼类死亡造成损失。为确保鱼类安全越冬,给冰下水体增补氧气是至关重要的。传统的注水补氧、循环水补氧、充气补氧、曝气补氧等方法虽然都有一定的效果,但无论哪种方法,都会由于水与冷空气接触而引起水温下降,对越冬鱼类更加不利,而且耗费人力物力,增加生产成本。大连水产学院研究的保证鱼类安全越冬的冰下生物增氧技术,不仅克服了传统补氧方法中的弊端,而且简单易行。生物增氧,即通过人为措施在越冬池冰下水体中培养适低温和弱光照的浮游植物,利用其光合作用丰富水中溶解氧,以保证鱼类安全越冬。其具体技术介绍如下:
