生理结构的差异,决定了男女对营养素需求的不同。女性在月经来潮时,铁流失会加快;更年期后,由于激素变化,骨质流失速度也会加快,因此女人更需要补铁和钙。对男人来说,锌元素则至关重要,会影响其雄性激素的分泌。在正常排泄中,男性每天丢失的锌元素也要多于女性。《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量》指出,成年女性每天需要摄入11.5毫克锌,而男性需要15毫克。
The differences in physiological structure determine the difference between men’s and women’s nutrient requirements. Women in the menstrual cramps, the loss of iron will accelerate; menopause, due to hormone changes, bone loss will speed up, so women need more iron and calcium. For men, zinc is crucial and affects the secretion of androgens. In normal excretion, men also lost more zinc per day than women. The Chinese Dietary Reference Intake for Dietary Supplements states that adult women require 11.5 mg of zinc daily, compared to 15 mg for men.
