提出一种二甲醚可控预混合新型燃烧(CPC)概念, 探索在发动机上实现无烟与超低NOx排放的新途径. 采用电控低压喷射系统, 将燃料喷射到预混合室, 并由控制阀控制预混合气的形成及燃烧过程. 以单缸135柴油机为基础设计制作了试验装置. 初步试验表明: 在优化的发动机参数条件下, NOx排放量低于65×10-6, 烟度为零. 燃烧过程分析发现, 控制阀对燃烧过程有着显著的影响, 是实现高效燃烧过程的关键.
A new controllable premixed mixture combustion (CPC) concept for DME was proposed to explore a new way to achieve non-smoke and ultra-low NOx emission on the engine.Electronically controlled low pressure injection system was used to inject the fuel into the premixing chamber, The control valve controls the formation of the premixed gas and the combustion process.The test device is designed and manufactured on the basis of a single cylinder 135 diesel engine.The preliminary tests show that under the optimized engine parameters, the NOx emission is less than 65 × 10-6, Is 0. Analysis of the combustion process found that the control valve has a significant impact on the combustion process is the key to achieve efficient combustion process.
