[目的]为寻找对水稻稻瘟病的有防治作用的有益微生物及其代谢产物,研究放线菌BOS-013菌株发酵液对水稻稻瘟病菌的抑制作用。[方法]以水稻稻瘟病菌作为目标指示菌,采用杯碟法和滤纸片法测定BOS-013菌株发酵液及其不同溶剂提取物的抑菌活性。[结果]研究结果表明,含菌量为4×108cfu/ml的BOS-013菌株发酵液对水稻稻瘟病菌的抑制率为92.0%±0.5%;该发酵液经高温、高压灭活后对水稻稻瘟病菌仍有抑制作用,抑制率为60.0%±0.5%。发酵液经非极性CAD-45型大孔吸附树脂吸附、60%乙醇溶液洗脱后,其抑菌活性很高,抑菌圈直径达33.0mm。[结论]BOS-013菌株发酵液水稻稻瘟病菌有显著的抑制作用;该研究结果为进一步明确BOS-013菌株发酵液对水稻稻瘟病菌的抑制作用机理及其实际应用奠定了基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the inhibitory effect of the broth of Actinomycete BOS-013 strain on Magnaporthe grisea in order to find beneficial microorganisms and their metabolites that have preventive and control effects on rice blast. [Method] With the rice blast fungus as the target indicator bacteria, the antibacterial activity of BOS-013 strain fermentation broth and its different solvent extracts was determined by cup-dish method and filter paper method. [Result] The results showed that the inhibitory rate of BOS-013 strain with 4 × 108cfu / ml of fermentation broth on rice blast fungus was 92.0% ± 0.5%. After being inactivated by high temperature and high pressure, Magnaporthe grisea still inhibited, the inhibition rate was 60.0% ± 0.5%. The fermentation broth was adsorbed by macroporous adsorption resin of nonpolar CAD-45, and its antibacterial activity was high after 60% ethanol solution was eluted. Its diameter was 33.0mm. [Conclusion] The BOS-013 strain rice blast fungus had a significant inhibitory effect on rice blast fungi. The results provide a basis for further clarifying the inhibitory mechanism of BOS-013 fermentation broth on rice blast fungus and its practical application.
